11 Months Old

My sweet Hudson. You light up our lives every single day. We can not believe you are so close to turning 1. It doesn't seem like it should already be that time. No matter how old you are, you will always be my baby.

Here is what you have been up to...

*YOU ARE WALKING...you started walking February 21st. At first you walked for a couple of days and then stopped. Then we went to visit Jaxon and you decided you wanted to follow him all over and you haven't stopped since.
*Size 4 Cruisers
*12-18 Month clothes
*You go to bed every night between 8-9 and wake up between 6-7. You definitely have your momma's sleeping pattern when I was a baby.
*You take two naps every day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Usually they are an hour and a half. Sometimes you sleep for two and a half hours though.
*You sleep all night in your crib now except when you are sick or teething. When you wake up in the night, which is rare now, I still put you in bed with us and you go right back to sleep. Momma misses snuggling with you every night and spends alot more time rocking you to make up for it! :)
*You drink most of your formula out of your sippy cups and usually only have a bottle in the mornings and before bed.
*You want to eat/drink whatever momma and daddy are eating.
*You still love to open and close cabinets, but now you are very interested about what's inside and want to unload every one you open. Because we are about to move we haven't put locks on them and so it has been a little more challenging.
*You love to play with your toys and spend lots of time sitting loading and unloading your bucket of blocks.
*You now love to watch The Wiggles and Toy Story.
*We still spend lots of time each day reading. Well Momma reads and you unload all the books off the shelf :)
*Your other top tooth still isn't quite all the way in. Its very close though.
*We don't get your clothes in the baby section at Baby Gap anymore but in the Toddler part...makes Momma kinna sad.
*You have started throwing fits when you get mad. Its really hard not to laugh because you will hit yourself on the forehead in the process. :)
*You got your hand swatted (it was so soft I don't even think it would be considered a swat :) ) for the first time this week. You were messing with the cord to your wipe warmer and pulled it down. Somehow it didn't knock you out and didn't hit you at all. I told you no and you listened for a few minutes. Then went right back to it. I told you no again and you did it again so you got a little swat. You looked at me so confused like "what was that for"
*You say Momma, Dadda, fishies, and Daddy now.
* Right now you are standing up next to your daddy begging for pieces of ice. Such a funny boy.

Love you more than you will ever know. Life is so much better with you in it.
Love always and forever,
Mommy
